Qualifying Purchases
The Bosch Pet Reward Scheme enables you to earn vouchers basd upon your purchases from us. Qualifying purchases include all purchases from Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z) (www.boschpet.co.nz) as well as purchases from our sister company Petworkz (www.petworkz.co.nz).
Your spend is calculated on items that were invoiced and paid for during the previous quarter. For example, if you ordered on 27th December and paid on 10th January, the payment will be used in the December quarter reward calculation. If you ordered on the 27th December and do not pay until the 30th January then the payment will be ignored for reward calculation purposes because your payment was late. We wait until the 20th of the month following the quarter end to calculate the Reward Vouchers as overdue accounts are not eligible for Reward Vouchers.
Reward Vouchers are issued based upon your spend with Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z) which includes items supplied by Petworkz but ordered through Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z), i.e. if you order using your Bosch Login ID (internet) or by calling 0800-BOSCHPET (0800-267-247) then purchases are combined. If you run a separate account with Petworkz then purchases from Petworkz are eligible for the Petworkz Rewards.
Reward Voucher Calculation
Reward Vouchers are rounded to the nearest $5 value and calculated as follows:

Receipt and Use of Reward Vouchers
Vouchers are posted following the end of each quarter with a $ value that can be used to request a reward order of anything we sell. You can redeem your Reward $$ on items from Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z) and/or Petworkz as long as you order directly through Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z) either via 0800-BOSCHPET (0800-267-247) or online via our website www.boschpet.co.nz.
Vouchers are loaded to the Bosch Pet Foods (N.Z) website if you have a valid Login ID. When you use the online shopping cart a list of unused Reward Vouchers will be displayed. You can then select one or more Vouchers to be allocated against your current order.
